What began as a venture for additional income transformed into Robert’s aspiration to lead Louisiana’s pavement maintenance sector, backed by his four decades of experience in heavy highway construction. Richard’s decade-long involvement and a construction management degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe further strengthen our team. Licensed in Highway Street and Bridge Construction in Louisiana, we specialize in asphalt construction, sealcoating, crack sealing, pavement markings, and concrete work across North Louisiana, South Arkansas, West Mississippi, and East Texas within a 100-mile radius of West Monroe.
